01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "xk999," "we," "us," or "the Company" refers to the operator of the xk999 platform, licensed under an international gaming authority.
• "Platform" means the xk999 website accessible at xk999.bio and all associated mobile and browser-based interfaces.

02 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions, together with the xk999 Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules published on the platform, form the entire agreement between you and xk999 with respect to your use of the Services.

By completing the registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox during sign-up, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the xk999 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. Acceptance is effective from the moment of registration and continues for the duration of your account's existence.

03 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the xk999 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You have not previously had an xk999 account suspended, terminated, or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress or under the influence of any substance that impairs your judgment.

xk999 reserves the right to conduct eligibility verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, and upon receipt of any complaint or dispute. Providing false eligibility information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

04 Account Registration

Each individual may register one xk999 account only. Duplicate or multiple accounts — whether created under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, xk999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

When registering your xk999 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Keep all account information current and promptly update it if any details change.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• Notify the xk999 support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

xk999 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your account or any associated balance to any third party.

05 Deposits & Payments

xk999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and cash deposit services. All amounts displayed on the platform are denominated in PKR. No foreign currency conversion is applied to deposits.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on the xk999 platform:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment source.
• xk999 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which xk999 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your xk999 account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment network. Processing times vary by method: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically instant; bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method and account tier.
• xk999 reserves the right to refuse any deposit or request additional verification if a deposit appears inconsistent with your normal account activity or triggers an automated risk flag.

Deposited funds that have not been subject to any wagering activity may be returned to the originating payment method upon account closure, subject to KYC verification and standard processing timelines.

06 Withdrawals & KYC

Withdrawal requests are processed to verified Pakistani payment accounts via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Withdrawals are denominated in PKR and credited to the payment method registered against your xk999 account.

KYC Verification: All Players must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC documentation typically includes:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months).

xk999 aims to process withdrawal requests within one to three business days following KYC approval. Withdrawal requests submitted during weekends or Pakistani public holidays will be queued for the next available business day.

xk999 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of enhanced due diligence where account activity indicates unusual transaction patterns, significant changes in betting behaviour, or receipt of a legal order or regulatory inquiry.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

xk999 offers promotional bonuses to registered Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms stated at the point of acceptance:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) that must be wagered before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. The applicable multiplier is stated in the individual offer terms.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game types contribute different percentages toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a reduced percentage or zero. Contribution rates are stated in each offer's terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time window stated in the offer terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in an account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus before a prior bonus has been fully wagered may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: xk999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void associated wagers, and suspend an account where bonus abuse — including the use of low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements — is identified.

xk999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonuses already accepted and in-progress at the time of discontinuation will be honoured in accordance with the terms under which they were issued.

08 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the xk999 platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to sport-specific rules published in the relevant section of the platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• xk999 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from human error, system malfunction, or data feed corruption. Voided bets are refunded to the Player's account balance at the original stake amount.
• Minimum and maximum bet stakes per market are displayed at the point of bet placement. Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply and are published in the platform's betting rules section.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or replayed, bets will be settled in accordance with xk999's sport-specific rules for the relevant event type. For PSL and international cricket fixtures, standard ICC event abandonment rules apply as the basis for settlement.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to platform availability. xk999 accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed due to connectivity issues on the Player's side.
• Results are settled based on official scores published by the relevant governing body. For cricket, this means scores certified by the ICC or the relevant national cricket board.

09 Casino Games

All casino games available on the xk999 platform — including slots, live dealer tables, bingo, crash games, and instant-win products — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are independently audited to ensure that outcomes are statistically random and that published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages accurately reflect game behaviour over a statistically significant number of rounds.

Players acknowledge and accept that:

• Casino games are games of chance. Past outcomes have no bearing on future results. No strategy guarantees a winning outcome.
• Published RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session returns.
• Technical malfunctions — including server interruptions, disconnections during a game round, or software errors — void all affected play. Stakes for incomplete rounds will be refunded to the Player's account balance. xk999 is not liable for losses resulting from a Player's own connectivity failure.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xk999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate account activity.
• Collusion with other Players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Systematic exploitation of software errors, latency, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an advantage not available to ordinary players.
• Arbitrage betting strategies that exploit differences between xk999 odds and those of other operators, particularly where such strategies are designed to lock in risk-free profits regardless of outcome.
• Money laundering — using the xk999 platform to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds without the intent to engage in genuine gambling activity.
• Providing false identity, age, or payment information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing xk999 support staff or other players in any communication channel.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the xk999 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trade names, text, data feeds, and user interface designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of xk999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xk999 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any xk999 content or software.

Any unauthorised use of xk999's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may result in legal action.

12 Privacy & Data

xk999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the xk999 Privacy Policy.

In summary, xk999 collects personal data for the following purposes:

• Account registration and identity verification (KYC).
• Processing financial transactions and preventing fraud.
• Complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• Providing customer support and responding to account inquiries.
• Delivering personalised promotional communications, where you have consented to receive them.

13 Responsible Gaming

xk999 is committed to providing a safe and controlled gambling environment. The platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are available to Players free of charge and accessible directly from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour waiting period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session duration. An on-screen alert is displayed as the limit approaches, and the session is automatically terminated upon expiry.
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend account access for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) without permanently closing the account.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xk999 and its officers, directors, employees, licensors, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the xk999 platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Losses resulting from system outages, maintenance periods, connectivity failures, or force majeure events beyond xk999's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from the Player's own failure to maintain account security, including failure to enable two-factor authentication or to keep login credentials confidential.

xk999's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

15 Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time:

• Player-initiated closure: You may request the closure of your xk999 account at any time by contacting support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• xk999-initiated suspension or closure: xk999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where the Player has breached any provision of these Terms, where account activity triggers a risk or fraud alert, or where xk999 is required to do so by a regulatory or legal obligation.

Upon account closure, xk999 will return any verified real-money balance to the Player's registered payment method, net of any amounts owed to xk999, within a reasonable processing period. Forfeited bonus balances are not returned.

16 Amendments

xk999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — affecting Player rights, financial terms, or the scope of available services — xk999 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via registered email or on-platform notification prior to the amendments taking effect.

Minor amendments, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to reflect changes in platform functionality, may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document will be revised to reflect any amendment.

Continued use of the xk999 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

17 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xk999 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the xk999 internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism established by xk999's licensing authority.

Internal Complaints Procedure: In the first instance, all disputes must be submitted to the xk999 support team in writing. xk999 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days. Complex disputes involving financial transactions may require additional time and documentation.

The English-language version of these Terms is the governing version. Any translation provided for convenience only shall have no legal effect in the event of any conflict or ambiguity.
